The 2017 summer timetable for Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has launched with a total of eight new year-round routes and ten summer peak-season routes. SAS is also increasing the number of departures to popular destinations in Croatia, Portugal and Spain over the summer.

Delta Airlines will offer a new daily nonstop flight between New York-JFK and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil beginning December 21. The route will be operated using a Boeing 767-300 aircraft. The 767-300 has 35 Delta One full flat-bed seats with direct aisle access for every passenger.
