Double your loyalty points with Singapore Airlines and Shangri-La hotels

Singapore Airlines and Shangri-La hotels are offering double air miles or points if you book a flight or hotel stay before January 31, 2017.  The travel or hotel stay should be for the period January 1 to May 31, 2017.

It is offered through their ‘Infinity More’ platform, which is simply the name that Singapore Airlines and Shangri-La has given to their joint branding.

Singapore Airlines’ frequent flyer program is called KrisFlyer, while Shangri La’s loyalty scheme is called Golden Circle. You can transfer your air miles and points between the programs to claim discounts and upgrades on flights and accommodation.

So when you book a flight on Singapore Airlines (or its affiliate Silk Air) or accommodation with Shangri-La before February for use between now and June, you’ll receive double the usual air miles or loyalty points. Just remember to join both schemes beforehand and link the two programs so you can move miles between accounts.

If you move your points into your KrisFlyer account, you will be able to use those air miles to claim flights or upgrades across the whole of the Star Alliance network.
